When Leaf's fans return to their arena this season they will notice more than just a simple name change. Like every other arena that undergoes a name change, Toronto will be getting new interior and exterior signage. This time will be much more unique though.
The new signage will be state-of-the-art, new, Canadian designed technology. The letters themselves will be small video screens fit exactly to the shape of the letters. The LED screens will allow for the arena names to change colors and designs based upon the current events happening at inside the arena.
New signage will go up on the center scoreboard, the corners of the arena bowl as well as the exterior of the building. Below are some renderings.
